At The Right Weigh… God’s Way, we believe that spiritual growth, physical health, and mental strength are beautifully intertwined. That’s why we design every part of our Bible study experience—from curriculum development to the creation of our study guides—with intentionality, prayer, and purpose.
Our team writes our own Bible study curriculum, personally crafting the content, designing the study covers, and integrating meaningful visuals that help bring each lesson to life. Every study is rooted in God’s Word, built around a weekly scripture that we share and speak together in unity. This helps us hide God’s truth in our hearts while strengthening our walk with Christ.
Because we believe that honoring God includes caring for our whole body, each Bible study pairs that week’s scripture with a specific exercise, giving women practical ways to grow physically while being nourished spiritually. We focus on relevant health topics, guiding women toward vibrant living through Christ-centered teaching and movement.
In each class, you’ll experience:
